There is one thing that usually irritates me about companies and organizations on twitter and i think its a common mistake or misuse of twitter.
When they post a ton of tweets within seconds and disappear until the next time they do so again. They flood twitter with info about their product but don’t have a real presence. Like you said, talk to and not at users.
